Our jersey is crafted from premium 100% cotton — no blends, no synthetic shortcuts. The reverse stockinette knit gives the fabric a distinctive, textured surface that feels substantial and structured from the first wear. This is a pre-order product. All orders will be dispatched within 4–6 weeks of purchase.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note: All orders are shipped duty unpaid (DDU). Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import policies before placing your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Need to cancel? You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Simply email us at support@kuamacollection.com and we'll sort it for you. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to our returns policy if you wish to return your order.
We want you to love your jersey. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns under the following conditions.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return your order. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn and in its original condition
With all tags still attached
In its original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process a refund of the product price to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Wrong size?
If you need a different size, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order on our website for the correct size, subject to availability.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

To start a return, email us at support@kuamacollection.com with your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the process.
Please note: Bespoke and custom-made orders are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you.

Exchange & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of order items, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check all details before completing checkout.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If you'd like to exchange your item or receive store credit of equal value, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. Email us at support@kuamacollection.com for approval before sending anything back.
Returned items must:
- Be in new, unworn condition
- Have all original tags still attached
- Be shipped back with a valid tracking number
Once received and inspected, a store credit will be issued to your account. Items returned in used or damaged condition will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll review and issue an exchange or store credit where appropriate.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees due upon delivery. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to UK and US. Delivery takes approximately 6-8 weeks from order. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email.
