Exchange & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of pre-order items, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check all details before completing checkout.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If you'd like to exchange your item or receive store credit of equal value, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. Email us at support@kuamacollection.com for approval before sending anything back.
Returned items must:
- Be in new, unworn condition
- Have all original tags still attached
- Be shipped back with a valid tracking number
Once received and inspected, a store credit will be issued to your account. Items returned in used or damaged condition will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll review and issue an exchange or store credit where appropriate.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees due upon delivery. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to UK, US, and Ghana. Orders over £100 / $100 qualify for free shipping. Delivery takes approximately 4-6 weeks from order. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email.
